Melissa operates two specialized studio spaces to provide tailored services that fit each individual's lifestyle and personality. At Melissa At Mia, she is a color specialist offering traditional hair services including cuts, colors, and makeovers. In her second space, The Hair Clinic and Wig Room, Melissa focuses on hair loss solutions in a private and compassionate setting. 

As a holistic trichologist, Melissa works closely with clients to identify and address the root causes of hair thinning, scalp conditions, and other hair health concerns. She offers a full range of services from trichology (hair loss) consultations, wig fitting, blood chemistry analysis, laser therapy, and fully customized treatment plans to help you feel yourself again. The Hair Clinic and Wig Room offers medical and cosmetic hair pieces and can custom-order options to suit diverse needs. As a medical prosthetic provider, The Hair Clinic works with a professional partner to seek insurance coverage for clients, accepts HSA payments, and can facilitate payment plans over an extended period to ensure clients have access to the solutions they need.
